Bottle at a DC beer share. Very tasty. Weird color for a cider, sort of an apricot/orange color, murky. Nose is sweet apples but earthy and funky too. Some scrumpy. Natural wine. A little butter. Flavor follows. Sweet and funky, pie notes with a little earthy stuff. Persimmon. Medium bodied and just off dry.

Bottle at home picked up from HOTM. Bottle was a bit of a gusher. A light hazed bright deep orange coloured pour with a fizzy off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, nice fresh apple juice, candy apple, light funk, fresh, light brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, crisp fresh apple juice, light tart, bark, hint of caramel. Palate is semi sweet, light tart, frothy airy carbonation, crisp finish. Super easy going. Very nice.

Bottle at home, from an online peddler, 19/06/22. My 500th (Apple) Cider rake so RB informs me! Moderately hazed orange to golden with a good sized lasting off white head. Nose is bitter sweet apples, straw, hedgerow, just a hint of ginger. Taste comprises crisp apple skins, orchard wood, herb, tannins, modest funk. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Top drawer crushable cider.

750ml bottle pour at Cider Salon 2021, Bristol. Slightly hazy orangey golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, mellow. Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, juicy, mellow with some tartness and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Very drinkable.
