Sample, thanks to Danlo. Cheers mate. Pours a generally clear gold, aroma has light bourbon, butterscotch. Taste has a fine spritz, soft vanilla oak and bourbon blossom nicely on the palate, alongside mellow apple fruit and gentle acidic linger that partners with the carbonation nicely. Really good.

750ml bottle from Wild Cider Co. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of wood barrel, oak, vanilla, apple. Taste is sweet, woody, oaky, with fruity apple, vanilla, bourbon hints and some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet oaky finish. Quite drinkable.
