Blackberries and raspberries are some of the finest fruits grown in the United Kingdom. Drawing our first samples from our own gardens and local hedgerows and blending the juices with our Rutland Cider, we were delighted with the natural sunshine tastes that leapt out of the glass immediately. Taking us back to our mothers kitchens and the many apple and blackberry crumbles and pies we were fed as children, this combination felt like a perfect addition to our range.
Slightly bolder in its flavours than our Rhuberry Cider, Bushberry has an amazing fresh fruit aroma of crushed apples and blackberries and a subtle addition of raspberries on the palate, and a beautiful crystal clear deep colour.

22/1/2022. From BIAB at The Ploughman, Werrington, Peterborough. Pours clear pale copper with minimal head. Aroma of berries, flowers, parma violets. Medium plus sweetness, touch of tart. Moderate body, oily watery texture, soft to flat carbonation.

BIAB: Poured a coppery reddish with a white head. Aroma is berries, syrup. Taste is fruity, apple and berries, semi-sweet.

BIAB at the Ploughman, Peterborough. Clear reddish colour, no head and aroma of berry, syrupy. Taste is sweet, berry, blackberry, raspberry, syrup, with alittle tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet & light tart berry finish. OK

On cask at Jackson Stops Inn, Rutland - Clear purple gold body, nose forest fruits. No head no fizz, quite like still Vimto. Nice but unamazing.
