22/1/2022. From BIAB at the Frothblowers, Werrington, Peterborough. Pours clear bright golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apples, sweet apple juice. Medium to heavy sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation.

BIAB: Poured a golden clear with a white head. Aroma is semi-sweet, apple. Taste is sweet apple, fruity.

BIAB at Frothblowers, Peterborough. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, juicy. Taste is sweet, juicy, apple, sugary, syrupy, citric. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet juicy finish. OK
