750ml wired cork bottle from Scrattings. Opened with a small pop. Sparkling, pale golden colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, funky, acetic hint. Taste is perry pear, fruity, fleshy, with earthy, acetic, funk, and citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry citric finish with lingering light funk. Nicely drinkable.
