Appearance is jet black, a 1-finger brown head which quickly fades. Aroma is lots and lots of coffee, dark chocolate, liqueur chocolate, dark roast malt, rich chocolate cake. Taste- coffee, dark chocolate, fudge, roast malt, burnt toast, smooth chocolate, bitter finish. Coffee-forward and tasty.

Pours like an oil slick leaving a thin beige head that quickly left a cover on a jet black body. Bitter espresso aroma Medium bodied, smooth on the palate thinning out to leave a clean finish. Coffee two sugars!

Thnx to the brewer. Pours black, small white head. Smell is coffee indeed. Bitter. Dark chocolate and roasty undertone. Taste is full, coffee. Intense, but not overly coffee. Very roasty. Dark chocolate. Easy drinkable. Good body. Médium Carbo. Ends dry. Perfect bitterness. This one is really good.

12/5/2018. Can at the Ipswich bottle share, from Honest Brew. Pours black with an average sized tan coloured head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, ash, roasted malt and hint of banana. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Bit too ashy, and not enough body for a 7.2.
