Hazy bright golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of botanical hops, lime, wheat. Taste of lime, citrus, botanical hops, easy to drink.

Süffiger, rund säuerlicher Beginn mit deutlichen Hopfennoten. Spritzig, der Hopfen war bestimmt schon intensiver. Limette, spritzig. 7/9/10/8/9/8

33cl can from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: big, snow-white, almost good retention. C: pale straw, milky hazy. A: nice fruity, orange, tangerine, grapefruits, pineapple, mango touch. T: light malty base, orange, tangerine, bit sour lactic, tropical fruits, dry on the palate, medium carbonation, nice balanced for the style, refreshing, easy drinkable, enjoyed.

Can at home in the garden, from the fridge at La Source, Brussels, 8th May 2022. Pours a nice light yellow hazy. Aroma is tart, sherbert, lemon. Taste is lime and lemon, hops are present, it refreshing, dry and tasty. Good,

From the tank. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is super fresh, grassy, lime. Taste is the same, super nice juiciness, just a bit tart. Oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Excellent!

Pretty cloudy pale yellowish beer, big aery irregular white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, very zesty, juicy, grapefruit, little soapy, nice stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely, super zesty, citrus, grapefruit, juicy, nice acidity, hoppy, gentle bitterness. Aftertaste: bit acidic, fruity, zesty, lots of citrus, juicy, lemony, grapefruit, nice acidity, lovely beer!

Draft @ La Source taproom.
Couleur paille, léger voile, col fin blanc.
Arôme au bouquet bien fruité, léger effet brett, tropical - noix de coco, mandarine, effet bouquet agrumes rencontrent le menthe.
Palais est plaisant et bien houblonné, léger avec seulement 4%, Sabro bien là sans briller comme sur d'autres versions. Fini un peu sec et herbacé avec un léger effet crémeux en fin de bouche et qui se prête bien au profil 'sour'. Le côté noix de coco pourtant si marqué du Sabro semble bcp plus discret ici.
Une hoppy sour qui rejoint la longue série des autres hoppy sour de La Source avec ici un rappel aux bières de la série anniversaire I et II. Ok, mais sans le 'wow factor'.
