Cara-marsh is a mid-strength salted caramel stout. We fermented a malty stout with our house strain before adding salted caramel and sea salt post-fermentation. Cara-marsh is sweet and indulgent as well as being drinkable and smooth.

Keg @ Brew Club, Hackney. Dark brown with an off-white head. Salted, it's a heavy sweetened caramel stout - chewy, dense and aromatic.

Keg at salthorse. Pours black, nose is caramel, roasted, cream, treacle, taste is quite sweet, salted caramel, creamy, chocolate.
