Daydream is a hazy pale ale brewed with barley, wheat and oats. We carefully hopped it with Chinook, Simcoe and Mosaic for flavours of grapefruit and oranges with a touch of pine. Daydream is designed to be full of flavour whilst maintaining high drinkability.

Keg at Brewdog Clapham. A mostly clear yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is decent mellow tropical, pineapple, peach. Cream soda. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bready grains, lemon, numbing citrus oil, doughy, fennel, creamy, nettle. Palate is soft, creamy, lowish soft carbonation. Decent.

Cask @ Knott Bar, Manchester. This was available in keg form too. Cloudy lightish amber with a full tropical fruitiness, and a sweetness attached. There's some citric bitterness but with a low profile.
