Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Hazed, yellow gold. Fully lacing, lasting, dense, white head. Looks good. Nose has peach and strawberry. Fruit Salad sweets. Some minty herb. Taste is light, mineraly bitter. Fairly dry. Minimal sweetness. Light body. Fairly drying. Maybe a little watery. Soft carbonation. Light, mineraly bitterness to finish. Could be juicier for the style they’re trying to achieve, but it’s a good beer by anyone’s standard.
