Pours unclear blonde, big white head that is very, very unstable. Smell is bit bitter, earthy, herbal by the spice adittions. Taste is sharp bitter, herbal by the spice, not very spiced in terms of heat though,Very high carbonation, medium mouthfeel. basebeer seems like a mediocer blanche, not really spiced or phenolic as you might expect from a blanche though, I think they switched out the regular spices for the piment, or the piment simply overpowers it.

F: big, white, not long lasting. C: murky, hazy, opaque. A: malty, yeasty, fruity, orange peels, bit spicy. T: malty, grassy, bit spicy, yeasty, bit fruity, medium body and medium to high carbonation, dry earthy on the palate, this is actually saison it is written in the bottle together with blanche au piment d’Espellette and apparently brewed very occasionally, not good balanced but bio, so it may be that’s why, partially enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Belgomarkt in Brussels.
