Thank you for sharing kraddel + tderock + Rubin77! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ Bruges Beer Festival 2017. Clear golden, brief off-white head. Nose is lovely USA pine resin hop, mellow with peach hop qualities, orange peel, fruity, mellow malt base, mellow but fine USA IPA profile. Unfortunately the smell is better than the tastee. Carbonation is far too high here, beer feels a bit empty, lightly grainy body. Taste is grainy, fizzy, raw bread, high carbonation spoils things a bit, it is far too high with low odd mineral quality, raw grain, bread grain, USA hop qualities are barely present in the taste. Okay beer with a too promising nose, I expected more from Viven’s first beer in their own brewery which has been upcoming for many years.
