It has been about three years since everyday life is not universal but precious, and now that it has been engraved in the hearts of many people, it is an opportunity to reconsider the value of the theme of "everyday life". have become. It may seem a little old fashion, but it was created with the image of a typical American IPA that was popular before 2014. We dry-hopping three types of hops with citrus characters, so-called "C-type hops". Chinook, which brings out the citrus and pineapple character, is an essential element in making this kind of IPA edgy. In addition, it is no exaggeration to say that Cascade has built an era, and at the request of the owner Kamakura, we used the 2020 product with the strongest citrus character from Kamifurano. The third type is Citra. It is a tropical hop that is useful in both the old world IPA and the new world IPA, and it is a reliable hop that also has a citrus character. As usual, the piney, citrus bitter flavor and moderate caramel flavor accentuate the bitter and juicy. American with a royal design Although it became an IPA, I think it has become an IPA with a nostalgic taste that goes back in time from last year's IPA. In any world, "this taste" and "that taste" should remind you of your precious daily life. As with daily meals, the common thing is called "daily tea", but this IPA was given this name by the owner Kamakura, hoping that it will be a familiar and familiar liquor for everyone. .. 埼玉、浦和の常設店『BEERNOVA URAWA』様の3周年記念IPAです。わざわざ毎年、上富良野まで足を運んで頂き、最初から最後まで仕込みのお手伝いをしていただいております。恒例となっているテーマは「日常」。1回目は文字通り「日常IPA」、2回目はコロナによって多くの制限を強いられた日常だったため「新しい日常IPA」と名付けられました。日常というものが普遍的ではなく、尊いものだということがこの約３年で、多くの人の心の中に刻まれた今だからこそ、より一層「日常」というテーマの価値を、今一度考え直すきっかけとなりました。ややオールドファッションと思われるかもしれませんが、2014年以前に流行った典型的なAmerican IPAをイメージして作りました。いわゆる「C系ホップ」と呼ばれる柑橘のキャラクターを持つ3種のホップをドライホッピングしました。柑橘やパイニー（松脂）らしさをもたらすChinookはこの手のIPAにエッジを効かせるうえでは外せない要素です。また、一時代を築き上げたと言っても過言ではないCascadeは、オーナーかまくら様のご要望もあって、上富良野産で最も柑橘のキャラクターの強い2020年物を使用しました。3種類目はCitra。旧世界のIPAでも、新世界のIPAでも重宝されているトロピカルなホップで、柑橘のキャラクターも併せ持つ頼もしいホップです。例によって例のごとく、パイニーで、シトラスビターなフレーバーと、程良いカラメル感がビター＆ジューシーを際立たせました。王道たる設計のAmerican IPAとなりましたが、昨年のIPA以上に時代を遡った、どこか懐かしい味わいのIPAになったと思います。どんな世情の中でも、「この味」「あの味」というものは、尊い日常を思い出させてくれるはずです。毎日の食事と同じように、ありふれたことを「日常茶飯」と言いますが、このIPAも皆様にとって、身近で親しみやすいお酒となることを願ってこの名をオーナーのかまくら様から頂きました。コロナに苦しめられながらも、ピンチをチャンスと捉えて、前向きに前進し続けたBEERNOVA URAWA様の３周年をお祝いいたしましょう！乾杯！
