A 7.0% Robust Porter brewed with lactose and vanilla. We tweaked a traditional robust porter grist and added dark muscovado and lactose sugars during the boil to achieve a sweet, roasty and bitter base beer, before conditioning the beer on vanilla for a smoother, sweeter aroma.

Keg @ The Knott Bar, Manchester. Black with a thin head and a sticky-sweet texture. It has stated sweet roasted malts.
