We brewed a sour ale destined for a variety of oak casks. Siam is a small batch kegged using the remainder of the non-barrel aged base beer. With a mild yet refreshing sourness, Siam is delicate, light and moderately tart.

Old rating - 2/3rds from the tap at JB's Brewhouse in Jersey. Pours a light chestnut with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of fruits, subtle sour, subtle tart & slightly sweet. Medium body. Enjoyable & drinkable sour but lacking depth to be great.

On keg at JB's Brewhouse. Appearance- golden with a decent head. Nose of cardboard and honey, perhaps some lime and ginger lurking. Taste is dominated by cardboard with sweet honey and lime behind. The palate is oxidised and a bit sweet. Worst I've had from this brewery.

Keg @ Pilcrow, Manchester. Hopped, very crisp sour, not that flavoursome, and quite dirty in what soured fruits exist.
