Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Orangey gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of ripe apple, juicy. Taste is sweet, apple, fleshy, with some caramel and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle. Pours a clear rusty orange. Aroma brings sweet caramelised apple fruit. Very pleasant stewed caramelised fruit character with a lovely tannic presence and a warm rosy sweet glow. Great doux.

Bottle. Dark golden. Sweet juicy apple, caramel, sugary apple pastry, light leathery and dry wood. Medium sweet. Solid medium body, light dry. Quite good.
