Taking the best from old ways and combining it with everything we learned in the past years of brewing gave us this molto delicioso nitro chocolate stout! Medium to almost getting into dry beer with a moderate level of alcohol, but at the same time with rich, smooth, creamy sensation that ends with pleasant bitterness which keeps the perfect balance.
In order to keep things richer, we added a hefty dose of the finest chocolate from our neighbours Zotter Schokoladen Manufaktur.
It is a nitro beer and it needs the NITRO heavy pour! (just sayin’) A beautiful stout. Cheers?

7/IV/22 - 50cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 17/IX/22, L764B, 15:48:57 (2022-322)
Clear dark brown to black beer, big irregular creamy beige head, crackling down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, lots of dark chocolate, some caramel, cow fodder. MF: soft to no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: good roast up front, some chocolate, bit malty, grains, bitter hops. Aftertaste: caramel, sweet malts, more roast, coffee touch, bitter and hoppy finish, bit sourish, rural character, not bad, not great.

Cremig malziger, leicht schokoladiger Beginn. Deutliche Hopfenbitterkeit, milde Süße, sehr süffig. Spritzig, röstig, zunehmend bitter. Langer, hopfig malziger Abgang. 12/8/10/10/11/10

Can, 0.50l. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and vanilla. Pours almost black color with thin creamy light brown head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and rich roasted malt and bitter chocolate, following is grassy, nutty and milky, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Tasty hamster…

Can, Že v redu Primož. Pitch black, larger, cascading coffee coloured head, lasting - pretty sight. Dark chocolate nose, roasted with coffee pushing through later on. Solid bitterness, nicely roasted with some minimal sweetness. Lasting aftertaste. Medium body, silky texture. Nice one.
