Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Sourish and farmyard nose. Hazy pale amber colour, becoming somewhat murky after a while, good frothy off-white head, good retention and fair lacing. Aroma pale malt, sour, farmyard, spicy notes, lemon peel, earthy hops. Taste medium sweet, bitter and sour, malty, cloves, ginger, pepper, green apple, some banana. Medium body, oily texture, semi-dry sweet, bitter and sour aftertaste, spices, orange pith, earthy notes, not your typical saison but interesting enough and well-made. very nice.

Belgian yeast, sweet, papery, fizzy

Magus, puuviljane, metalline, Belgia pärm, vesine, hapukas. Joodav.

Pale blond colour with light haze and massive foaming head. Aroma gives a hint of the spice yet to come. In the taste there's clove and coriander. Maybe some nutmeg or cinnamon too. Behind that there's a fresh zingy Saison. Somewhat ruined by the amount of sweet spice.

Fluffy, light-yellowish head over cold-hazed golden beer. Herbal, spicy, peppery nose. Lemon, lemonpeel, horseradish powder. Light body, rather slick; feels a bit spritzy. It's more saison than most.

02/06/2018 - small tasting glass @Brouwers 't Bos, Ename. Hazy light yellow, more like milkshake IPA with medium white head. Nose is malts, bit fruit, spices. Taste starts bitter, bit malts, some spices, some citrus, bit green banana, bitter ending.

Pours clear yellow, light colored for a saison. Medium sized, pillowy and stable white head. Smell is bit phenolic, but not typical saison( peppery) phenols. bit herbal ( spices ? ) not fresh. Medium low to Medium intensity. Taste is sharp, bitter, very herbal, almost clinical due to the overuse of herbs here. Overcarbonated as well... not a fan
