Can shared at Bródy. Elsőre kisség kiugrik az alkohol illatában-ízében, de ez szerencsére idővel szelídül. Érdekes, hogy habár semmi egetrengető újdonságot nem villant, hiszen a bourbon hordós érlelés literálisan a legelterjedtebb manapság, de ennek ellenére is nagy élvezet a kortyolgatása. Talán nem is kell minden sörrel megfejteni a világot?

Can. Black. Huge bourbon, lots of sugar, coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malts, blackberries, alcohol, soft smoke, dusty, old oak, soft blueberries. Solid sweet and bitter. Thick full bodied. Very nice, a tiny but rough with weird smoke, but overall it's impressive.

Can at home, 13th October 23. Pours a rich deep black stout. Aroma is heady, chocolate, barrel, booze, complex. Taste is complex, intense, chocolate, liquor, wood and barrel, a bit of heat from the 15 percent, bittersweet, never overly sweet. Excellent

440ml @ Alex's garage hiding from his wife. Appearance: Very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: whiskey, American oak, some meaty notes mixed with raisins and figs. Taste: along the same lines, quite thick and sweet, burnt barrel notes, some smokiness. Overall: nice body, a bit boozy maybe, but it is definitely good.

440mL can sampled at Weathered 2023, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is rich, with lots of bourbon barrels, roasted malt, light vanillins, and oak. Flavour is rich and complex, with wonderful bourbon barrels, lots of oak, roasted malt and wood. Complex as hell, with a lovely bourbon barrel character. Wonderful.

CD 31/1/2022. Brownish black, bit of brown head. Smells roasty, chocolate, some bourbon. Thick, boozy, heavy but also soft. Taste is a bit on the sweet side, but Moersleutel, milky chocolate, hint of salty licorice. Bourbon is subtle, some vanilla. Nice!
