19/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden amber with a bubbly/frothy white head. Aroma of apple, citrus, wood, caramel, slightly funky. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Tart, light tannic finish. Enjoyed this.

500ml bottle from Seven Trees, courtesy of Andy. Orangey gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of mellow juicy apple. Taste is tangy, apple, orange juice notes, citric, woody and spicy, with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable, the light acidity sets off the Dabinett notes really well.
