Something crisp, cold and refreshing is what we need. Bouncin' is a play on our house Pilsner - Crowded, using Kveik yeast it is fermented slightly warmer than usual, promoting delicate, zingy fruit aromatics. Alongside crisp, bready malt flavours and a sparkling carbonation, beautiful additions of Hallertau Blanc and Styrian Goldings hops compliment the yeast with light lemon notes, grape, elderflower and gooseberry.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of citrus, herbal, floral. Taste is sweetish, malt, fruity, biscuity hint, and flowery, with citrusy bitterness. medium bodied, light carbonation, light bitter finish. Quite OK

10/1/2022. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is citrusy, floral, grainy, touch of herb and a little gooseberry. Medium sweetness, light bitterness with a touch of tart. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation. Not bad.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIGdiddy. A mostly clear golden coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is soapy, earthyy grains, grass, lemon balm. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy grains, citrus, very meh. Palate is soft, grainy, lowish carbonation. very meh.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 20/12/21. Moderately hazed golden with a just off white crown. Nose is crisp malts, grass, lemon rind, hint of orange peel, cereals. Taste comprises toasted grains, pale malts, dusty hops, citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

Can: Poured a hazy yellow with a white bubble head. Aroma is crisp grain, light hops, fruity and floral but not distinct, citrus if I had to say, wheat. Taste is citrus, wheat, crisp and refreshing, light hops.
