Sample (thanks fonefan!). Water colour no head. Aroma is almond, birch, some honey tones. Flavour is honey, some blue cheese, birch and mild almond. Strange.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear almost colourless, no head and aroma of honey, herby, solventy hint. Taste is sweet, honey, fruity, with some tartness, citric, herbal. Medium bodied, low carbonation, slightly tart finish. Quite drinkable.

13/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of Danish pint boys, cheers. Pours clear virtually colourless with no head. Aroma of honey and solvent, light herbal notes. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, no carbonation. Quite liked the tartness.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost colourless. Faint citric nose. Dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Citric honey, some white pepper. As there is no trace of birch leaves I assume it is made with birch sap.

[ As Berryland Birch - Dry ].
ABV: 6.0-6.5%. Clear water - crystal colour with virtually no head. Aroma is light birch - wood, light pale wood, light honey. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, sweet honey, sugary, light birch, light pale wood, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Bottle @Ulfborg. Nearly colourless, transparent, no head. Very weak aroma, very faint honey. Sweet, but very much like honey. Not an expert on birch, but guess that's what it tastes like.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Looks like a glass of water. Aroma is very faint of sweet honey and not much else. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Quite far from their best offering. 080122

Clear colour. Almost no aroma.Moderate sweet honey flavor. Average finish. Oily palate. Weird stuff and difficult to rate.
