Volupté (з фр. — чуттєвість, насолода) — у виноробстві цей термін використовують на позначення одного з типів дубових бочок для витримки вина. Бочки такого типу добре підходять для округлих та гладких вин із широким спектром ароматів, як-от Каберне Совіньйон, Мерло тощо. Саме у Volupté і був витриманий наш однойменний кислий ель, зброджений із використанням Wyeast 3278 Belgian Lambic Blend.
Наш Volupté має приємний округлий характер з нотами прілої трави, сіна, мочених яблук, дубу та цікавою кислинкою.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is nutty, some fruity and floral tones with mild earthy and herbal tones. Flavour is tart fruits, wood and some nutty notes with quite an acidity to it as well. Wood and tartness in the finish.

1/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of Danish pint boys, cheers. Pours clear pale golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, horse blanket, woody, fruity, tart. Moderate sweetness, medium sour. Medium body, average carbonation. Slight salty edge to the sour to finish. Very nice.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, small head. Oaky vinegary nose with some barnyard. Tart and oaky with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Acetic vinegar on sweet fruity malt. Tart peach, sweaty feet, oak and barnyard. Low bitterness.

Bottle @Ulforg. Cloudy golden, white head. Funky, fruity aroma, tart fruit and a little wood. Sour flavour, fruity with a nice touch of solvent. Acidic with a little barnyard.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity malt, citrus, stone fruit, apples, barrel, oak, wine. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, stone fruit, apple, citrus, wine, barrel, oak. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220107]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are stable, funk, barnyard, malt, fruits, lactose acid and has a nice sour finish.
