Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is green apple skin, some pear, mild spices and a bit floral tones. Flavour is pear, some floral tones with mild wood as well. Somewhat dry palate.

750ml bottle, 2020 Vintage. Pale yellow gold colour with a light particle haze, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of pear, woody, some funk. Taste is tart, sharp, pear, fleshy & fruity, syrupy hints, along with drying woody & light funk notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, finish is dry and tart. Quite drinkable.

13/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of Danish pint boys, cheers. Pours slightly hazy dark gold with minimal head. Aroma of pear, apple, light herb, slight woody solvent edge. Moderate sweetness, quite sharp tartness. Medium body, slightly sticky, low carbonation. Dry tart finish.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear yellow colour with a small - tiny, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is pear, oak, vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, pear, barrel - vanilla, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20220107]
