Moon Under Water is a heartfelt synergetic dance between Brett and aged hops. The result is a dry and bitter saison with a rustic fruity nose. Age it for more funk or drink it now to quench that thirst.

75cl Fles, dank Harmen! Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Vrij standaard kruidig-zoete saison, of een licht blondje met een spoortje funk. Weinig Brett te bespeuren in deze fles, enkel heel licht in de geur. Jammer.

Clear golden with white head, sweet edged bitter grainy, crusher. Pretty nice. Medium body and soft carb. Feels light, malty tongue feel, nice crisp edge to it.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with big white head. Dry malts, bready, cloves, dry spices and dried flowers, dusty. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Not really funky, but nice.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, large frothy white head. Aroma: Malty, hoppy hints, subtle Brett funk. Taste: Saison yeasty, subtle Brett funk, herbal notes, some hay and wet grass, malty with a hoppy background. Light to moderate sweet, starting light biteer but getting more bitter towards they finish and finishing with a very nice, dry, over moderate bitterness. Light fruity hints of yellow stone-fruit. Just over medium body, just under average carbonation. Very dry mouthfeel at finish. Nice one, although I think it will get better and more layered at age.
