Can picked up from Beer Republic, Berkel-Enschot, Breda, Netherlands, consumed at home Saturday 19th February 2022. We've been busy making sausages (sausage mixture) all afternoon, Toulouse, Scarborough Fair, Italian Job, Pork and Leek. Watching Peaky Blinders on Netflix to see what all the fuss is about. We had Chicken with Indian spices, and a fresh coriander and coconut chutney for tea. Pours black, never took much notice of the head as this swiftly departed. Mostly notes of chocolate and roasted malt oh and a little coffee. It's similar in the mouth but quite a fruity tang also, in fact I would have guessed (incorrectly of course) that there was some red fruit, such as raspberry or strawberry in here, okay so the chocolate, roasted malt and coffee are key but there is a real fruity tartness.
