Panda thanks to Cloin. Pretty much an opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived bubbly tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, some mild viscosity, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth but rich dark chocolate cake. Mild spice. Mild coffee. Good fruity spicy bourbon, a little vanilla. Semi dry finish, spicy Bourbon booze linger. Rich and rewarding.

Keg at Craft Metropolis, Penge, 25/10/24. Black topped with a fast escaping tan head that veers to the edge. Nose is rich roast, brown sugar melt, decadent chocolate, molasses, spice, candy bar, mellow coffee presence. Taste comprises chocolate, maple syrup, bourbon rip, fruit cake mix, molasses, coffee bean, vanilla, brown sugar melt, figs, mellow roast. Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost allied to a well integrated barrel edge. Solid kit once more from Transient.

2021 vintage bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of brown head that lingers, then dissipates. Big maple bourbon focused nose with coffee, creamy vanilla and dark chocolate. Palate leans maple and bourbon heavy with more cacao nib, dark chocolate and vanilla on the finish. Bourbon soaked maple and chocolate treats for days.
