Sparkling Lager. Drink and know things.
Chug Life is an American-style adjunct lager is a crisp, clean, carbed-up, crusher of a beer. A semi-sweet malt character is balanced by a large amount of carbonic-acid for a frothy, sparkling mouthfeel. Dry-hopped with just a touch of Centennial because we couldn’t help ourselves. Engineered to be the most quaffable bottled beer, Chug Life should be drank directly from the bottle. Do you live that life?

Can from the lcbo. Hazy yellow pour with a large white head. Aroma is very very grassy, with wet paper, and some soft minerals. Mouth feel is clean and bright, with a soft carb. Big grassy finish, pale cereals,.crisp and clean.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear straw gold with a full two fingers of pillow white foam that lingers. Light grainy aromas. Palate is very clean and fairly crisp with a nice creamy foam note. Balanced finish that is easy drinking.

355ml can that looks like a Miller High Life one, but with no logo. Pours a clean light straw yellow colour with heavy sparkling carbonation. The head is big because of this, but fizzes away rapidly enough to stay a foamy off-white head above the brew and soapy lacing spots. The hops seem pretty decent in the nose adding some grassiness and citrus notes, over the malty sweet base. Starts off fairly hoppy in the taste with the citruses, but calms down quickly thinning the mouthfeel. The finish is dry, so the hops take over the whole time pretty much. No sweet malt expected, just hints of apples. Gets hazy with time. A good alternative to the High Life to chug that won't give you headaches.

Pour is a hazy pale gold with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma is some wet dough malt and a fresh cut grass. Flavor is again some doughy malt but there is a big hop bitterness on the back end. This was a o.k. lager. I'm guessing from the label this is a Miller High Life clone. You could save your money spending it on this beer and pick up a 12 pack of High Life for about the same amount.

Can 35,5 cl. Pours a hazy, very pale yellow with a nice, white head. Very subdued aroma, a hint of citrusy hops. Very light in body, a little chalky with a good or at least decent late bitterness. Well made quencher. And well underrated. 300419

Can thanks to Rob. Pours a hazy gold with quickly diminishing head. The aroma is toasted grain and floral. Thin body, grass, biscuit, crisp finish, very good.

A pale blonde lager with a thin white head. In aroma, light grassy malt with light mineral notes, light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a sweet biscuit malt with light German hops, light mineral notes, boring.

EBF 2018: pale gold with white head. Aroma is grainy and bready. Taste is bready and easy to drink. glad I did not pay for it, which was everyone's main complaint.
