Brewed with our friends Oso Brewing Co, Madrid, Spain, this is a rich and delicate DIPA. 40% oats in the grist, the most we’ve ever packed into a DIPA. Extra Pale Malt, Flaked Oats, Naked Oats and Wheat starts the beer with a smooth and slightly dry body. Strata hops make up the majority of the dry hop bringing piles of fresh cut, crunchy pineapple and soft sweet, juicy and aromatic peach flavour backed up with Mosaic and Citra finishing each sip with clean pine, a touch of gentle spice, fizzy sherbet citrus zest and a zip of bitterness.

440ml can at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy straw colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, creamy oats, light tart, pineapple, light, warm alcohol bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally crispness. Light pale malts, a tad thin but not overly so and certainly adequately sweet. Lovely bright citric hops, bright orange, tangerine and a pleasing lemon. It's not all smily sun and rainbows though. The other side of hops show their teeth, crisp pine, hop spice and a light savoury touch. Mild tropical fruits underneath. Crisp and bright but not a fruit juice substitute. Spot on then!
