Pale straw blond colour. Huge amounts of funk and citric acid.Yellow stone fruit. Sherberty sweet and sour. Intense.

Bottle shared at tasting. Clear pale golden color, small to average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are, to me, sort of a sourish saison with white wine notes and citrus-sourish hints. Not bad at all. Quite nice.

Bottle from Beerdome. Nice to see a new Swiss Wild Ale brewery over here in The Netherlands. Color: Hazy orangish golden, white head. Aroma: Tart apricot, farmyard funk. Taste: Over moderate tart, light sweet, fruity notes of apricot, unripe apricot, nectarine, passion fruit, hints of grape. Oak wood, apricot kernel, tannins. Subtle wild yeast funk. Dry mouthfeel.A little bit unbalanced but overall a nice one.
