I've been making various hazy lagers repeatedly in search of the ideal one, but this time it's a little unstable turbidity, so I'm sorry if the turbidity literally strips. Of course, I didn't name it in that sense, but it was named with the aim of being a lager that "strips" the vivid flavor from hops. In order to differentiate from the conventional Hazy Lager, we have set up a saccharification process that does not leave much residual sugar so as not to lose the dry and clean characteristics that are typical of Lager. Still, I envisioned a greedy Hazy Lager with a rush of bare hops. As expected, the less sugar left and the lighter the body, the weaker the turbidity, and to get something, we had to accept it as a trade-off to lose something. I tried a relatively new variety of hops, which are tropical and popular for their unique characters like coconut. A brand new oak-like nuance was also felt, and the interesting flavors and accents deepened my interest in this hop. What I paid particular attention to this time was "spicy taste". If you add too much hops or soak them too much, the polyphenols in the hops will dissolve too much in the beer, and the bitter spiciness similar to radish and wasabi may stand out. This time, I think that I was able to extract only clean flavors without drawing out the roughness by focusing on dry hopping with short contact at low temperature. A lager-like, dry, clean, and speedy afterimage of hops will remain in your mouth and nasal passages. This beer is also a beer whose life is freshness. Consume as soon as possible even before the expiration date.

Hazy golden. Good amount of hop notes- grass and noble. Medium bodied. Some light sweetness. Finish is a little bitter. Nice.
