330 ml can, from Gulating ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Clear and beautiful chestnut to mahogany colour, large off-white to beige head. Distinct aroma of caramel and brown bread with dark syrup, also notes of mild Christmas spices and nuts. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, but is not too sweet. Low bitterness. A nice dunkel - not a bock with this ABV.

Can. A dark chestnut colored beer with a dense two-finger dark beige head. Some lacing. Caramel, dark bread, dark dried fruits and a touch of chocolate in the flavor. It's medium bodied and semi-sweet, yet quite dry, with a flavor of dark chocolate and caramel. Some prune and raisin. Medium length finish. Not bad at all, but sure suffers from the ABV and lack of fullness. 220213

330ml can bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Tromsdalen. Durable fawn-coloured head to a deep mahogany coloured body, upper part lacing on the glassware. A bit restrained smell of mid-sweet earthy and nutty malts. Fine blended taste of dark caramel, biscuit, and moments of herbal hops. Slightly roasted caramel malty tail. Easy to drink. Satisfying. (Tromsø 07.02.2022).

0,33 boks fra julenissens restlager i Lars Hertervigs gate, hjemme: vakker og klar, rødlig mahognyfarge, og med et fint skum som varer. Karameller og knekk, maltekstrakt, hint av røde bær. Alt for søt for denne ganen. Hvorfor de har kalt den for cookie bock begriper jeg ikke, jeg kjenner overhode ingen smak av cookies her.
