A deep amber ale which has medium malt flavours. Boasts a fragrant hoppy aroma and a pleasant hop bite from the addition of Challenger, Columbus and Cascade hops.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2021 - Hackney. Pours clear copper with a frothy, off-white head. Lightly sweet with sturdy herbal hop character, some spicy grains, nuts, toasted malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation; nice condition. Moderate leafy bitterness to finish, further nutty toasted malts. Nice overall.

Cask at the 22nd Cambridge Winter Ale Festival. Pours clear golden brown with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of butterscotch, hop, fruit, malt and floral notes. Dry bitter finish. Pretty good for its low-abv.

Pigs Ear. Festival programme classified this as a Golden but it seems more like a bitter to me! Clear deep amber beer, bubbly white head. Palate is smooth and dry. Whisper of sulphur. Smooth dry malt with a little cream. Touch of toffee. Little dried fruits. Dry finish. Fine.
