Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours cloudy / murky golden - amber with a decent frothy white head. The aroma is fresh and vibrant, damp green action, weedy, herbal, sappy, pine, resin, zingy pink grapefruit, blood orange and a nip of spice. The taste is dry, firmly bitter, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, pomelo, touch of blood orange, weedy, damp herbs, plenty of pine, dank, sappy, oily, resinous and a touch of alcohol with a drying, green finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. So fresh, zingy and green. Fulsome and flavourful. Packs a lot into 6%.

Can from Cork & Cask. Murky golden body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, pine and white pepper. Flavour of tangerine and lemon. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A great showcase of a distinctive hop. Loving this series from Cromarty.

Can thanks to Howard. Appearance - murky yellow to orange. Big fluffy, slightly off-white head. Nose - red apple and skin, orange peel and cloves. Taste - more red apple, cakey and zesty bitterness on the finish. Palate - medium bodied and lovely balanced bitterness. Overall - lovely beer, my favourite of the 4 hop showcase.
