On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, medium sized off-white head, heavy peat and light chocolate in the nose. Roasted malt, heavy peat, light burnt plastic, chocolate and nutty with soft alcohol in the finish. Oily and a bit too much peat.

Tap at Goblet ZG. How did this get here? Dunno but cool! Pitch black body, tiny off-white head. Chocolate and lovely peatiness, salted caramel, cured ham... Digging the aroma a lot. Taste... Chocolate and huge earthy peat, a little carroty. Smooth, some alcohol, warming, light plastic. Slightly... Slightly too much peat. But this is excellent regardless...

On tap at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Marko. Oily jet black, minimal beige head. Chocolate cookie and peated malt. Smoked fried bacon. Fruity element, blueberry in the back. Slightly rough plastic, also baked bun or pretzel. Full body, soft oily texture. Meaty, alcohol hidden. Peaty, almost extremely burnt, smoked, charred wood, sardines. Moderate finish, drying. Sharp mineral finish. Warming and strong.

Appearance: Opaque, near to black, small tan head of low retention. Aroma: Peat. iodine, bandages, smoke, roast, dark chocolate. Taste: Moderately sweet, complex. Peat. iodine, bandages, smoke, roast, dark chocolate, hop. Light bitterness. Mouth feel: Full body, soft carbonation. Overall: Cool stuff.

Tap. Black like oil, dark brown foam. Aroma: very peated, smoked, flaming peat, isolation, iodine, chocolate, caramel and coffee on toffee pudding. Taste: concentrated smoke, peat, chocolate, coffee and ash, black bread and molasses, thick and sticky, powerful, unbalanced.
