Tap at Benedict. Hazy yellow body, white head. Doughy, flowery, fruity aroma, herbal touches, banana esters. Doughy taste broken by odd citric gummi bear notes, sugar, light herbal touches and light bitterness. Not sure they got the concept of NEIPA right yet. Almost would've written it's probably from last spring but it's actually fresh as fuck, released like three days ago (yaaay, spring beer in February). Odd finish as well, a bready touch, a bit muddled, but not juicy. Meh. Beginner homebrew-level recipe made by an otherwise competent brewer. There's no other possible definition.
