En välbalanserad maltig öl i brittisk stil. Ölet har en härlig honungskaraktär och en touch av blommig rallarros som matchar humlesorten Fuggles jordiga ton.
Rallaros, även kallad mjölke eller mjölkört är vanlig längs banvallar, på hyggen och diken i hela Sverige, ända upp på kalfjället. Namnen mjölke och mjölkört kommer av att växten har antagits öka mjölkavsöndringen hos kor.

Mörkt bärnstensfärgad vätska med storbubblig och fluffig skumtopp. Karamellig, blommig arom med inslag av torkade röda bär. Låg maltighet möter en beskedlig beska. Smaker av röda bär och lite karamell.

ABV: 5.7%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, fruity malt, light honey and something floral - berries like. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, caramel, sweet malt, nectar, earthy touch, karamelliseret bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled (from brewery trade). Reddish ambery brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is floral, some fruity and mild dried fruity tones with a wee bit of toasted malts to it. Flavour is floral, fruity, some mild wooden and quite sweetish caramel malts as well. Mild toasted tones in the finish.
