Sample, from the leavings of Cubs and Leighton. Hazy, orange color, with a small, bubbly ring. Nice, tart cherry aroma, with some salt, plums, and yogurt. Sweet and nicely, smooth, tart flavor. Light to medium body, creamy, and acidic. This is a lovely, measured, fruit sour.

Keg atvthe brewery tap. Pours unclear orange with a slim, foamy whit wheat. The aroma holds tart citrus fruits, tangerine, a little sweat. Light to medium sweet flavour with low acidity, more citrus fruits, low bitterness, wheat flakes. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tart finish with more tangerine, light salty sweat. Nice one.
