I keep forgetting that I’d like to have a cider from every state and miss out on opportunities while traveling. Not today. Orange pour. Nose is sweet apple and some wood and grass. Tastes of apple pie, some tart crab apple, wood tones, grass, hint of white wine. Decent

Cans from Appalachian. No born on or bb date. Russian Roulette. Every. Single. Day. Pint glass @home. Middle of the day. Middle of the week. No judge zone. Clear, spotty lace. Beer-like amber brew. Smells like a sticky sweet Euro pale lager. Could be apples, could be suspect malt extract. It's not obvious. Caramel-y apple essence. Round & flabby. Low acid, low tart, mellow medicinal bitterness. Actually tastes like a really old lager. Some additional brown sugar sweetness as it warms up on the end. This is the lazy backsweetening. Obviously oxidized. Nearly flat, slick, sugary/almost syrupy texture. Took a while to find a tick from this local place. I now see why. Sucks.

@ the cidery. Off dry. Simple but good fun. Clean apple flavor. Pretty good. A little white wine.
