Bomber from Brewers Haven. 2019 vintage. Deep golden body, with small creamy head and active carbonation. White wine is first in the aroma, wheat. Wine dominates the taste too, with some subtle weizen characteristics in the background. Seems to have held up with two years cellar time. Sweet.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VIII on 10/07/2016. Hazy yellow-orange color with a medium white head that burns away steadily. Strings of lace. Wheat, oak and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of wheat, banana, vinous oak and malt. The finish is fruity with a banana and yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft/Fest. A- Banana, cloves, bubble gum. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Banana, bubble gum, spices. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Can’t say the aging did anything special for this year. Alright overall, but not a wowzer.

750 ml bottle, with a Julian date of 6076. Aroma shows some of the proper yeast esters with a very weak note of barrel. The flavor is pretty nice and the barrel does give this a "I’m different factor". Not 100% sure this white wine works with a German yeast base brew but it is different for sure. Texture is on the odd side. Oddly enough it still is rather drinkable.

On tap at the Happy Raven Lincoln. Very hazy yellow orange appearance with a white head. Aroma has bubble gum, apple, banana, lemon, and white grape. Medium body. A little boozy. Disjointed flavor. Tastes like candy and fruit and booze. Dumb idea and not that good.
