12oz can pours a clear gold with some frothy white head. Nose has buttered biscuit, heavy flowers, some vanilla. Flavor has grist and honey and heavy chrysanthemum. Finishes creamy. Solid.

750mL growler filled 7/2/16, drunk 7/16/16 compliments of Nelson.
Clear, copper-golden with a thin, white head showing medium to low retention.
Minerality is high with earthy notes abounding and transitioning in to an intense herbal character, primarily thyme-like. Light copper notes and a strong baguette character from the malt, on the finish that works with the hops and style. No alcohol or flaw.
More traditional flavors abound. When these guys go traditional, they don’t mess around, which I like. White bread/baguette, moderately toasty with honey and a soft, malty texture featuring low amounts of tight carbonation.

Bottle @ Steve_0’s HF party. Hazy golden orange appearance with a white head. Chalky, lemon, a little bready, extremely herbal, and grassy aroma. Medium light body. Earthy and extremely herbal. Very grassy. A little dusty. Dull lemon. Not bad but I was hoping for something special.
