Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a grass and bread combination with a grain backbone. Flavor begins with grass and sweet citrus that support a note of bread in the finish.

Tap @ Chama River. Pours a clear, rust orange appearance with a tan head. Kind of bland, herbal, caramel aroma. Quite spicy flavor, almost tastes like they dumped black pepper in. Slightly piney, light citrusy, toasty flavor. Not horrible but who the fuck poured the pepper shaker in the beer?

Golden amber. Toasty, sweet caramel notes. Low hop rate. Faint aroma. OK, if you’ve had one amber you’ve had this one, too.
