The dark lightly roasted malts and the abundant hoppiness of its single North American hop (Cascade) give it those fresh citrusy notes that mix perfectly with the coffee and roasted barley aroma which characterises an elegant persistence of taste. Furthermore, at the end of the fermentation some dry hopping is added, to emphasize the scent.

Bottiglia.

Tap @ VAF 2018 / 30.11. Pours with a black beige head, not that much foam. Roast nose, mixed with hops and some green coffee beans. Tastes dry, roasty and hoppy as well. Light and dry roasted mouthfeel, not bad at all. Good hops there.

Pours black, good white head. Smell is roasty, misly aromatic hops , giving some thick grassy notes. Taste is rather bitter, coffee, dark chocolate. Some incredible balance by the hops vs the dark malts. This is one out of 5 BIPAs I’ve had that can call themselves a DIPA respectfully. Ends a bit bitter. Very nice !
Fajna, pelna, czekoladowa BIPA. A moze nawet american stout ;) Z kranu wiecej chmielu, z butli wiecej zboza. Bdb
