Al palato si avverte la presenza del malto di frumento che conferisce una leggerà acidità alla birra poi prende il sopravvento l’aroma di agrumi dato dai kumquat utilizzati in fase di bollitura. L’amaro è delicato, il corpo snello e la carbonazione medio alta.

[ As Eastside SpringBreak ].Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, wheat notes, moderate hoppy, grass, dusty, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, dusty, floral - wheat notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 330 ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Almost clear golden orange color with white head. Malty and light yeasty aroma, wheat, floral, light citrus, light spicy perfume and bread, some banana too. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Almost medium oily body with soft carbonation.

pours unclear blonde. Small white head. Smell is mildly hoppy, some wheat. Taste is mostly wheat. hoppy undertone. Mildly intense. Ok body and carbo.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Pours deep golden with a medium to little white head. Aroma of fresh fruits, citrus, mandarin, grass, nice but a bit shy. Flavour is delicate bitter with a low body and a great drinkability, balanced. Light body, watery, medium carbonation. Good.
