Tap. Golden color, fogged, yellowish foam. Aroma: malt, yeast, a light saaz hops, light spice and grass. Taste: easy, good malt with crackers, a little grassy, light bitterness, drinkable at air temperature +34°C )

On tap at Zythos - Ladadika, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out grassy, herbal notes, with a crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp, with a herbal, vegetal crispness, and a grassy hop bite. Crisp, punchy and vegetal. It's alright.

Draught @ Zithos DoRe, Romanou 2, Thessaloniki, Greece 54621. [ As Ionian Pilsner Cellar 15 ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light grain. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, grain. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170428] 6-3-6-3-12

Pours rather clear blonde, small white head. Smell is intensly malty. Taste is very full, malty, decent bitterness. Very crisp. Nice

500ml on tap at the 2016 Corfu meets Italy beer festival outside the brewery on 15th Oct. Hazy golden pour, good and lasting white crown. Malty feel to this brew, I assume it is the unfiltered version of their regular Pilsner (which I also liked). Grainy and semi-sweet, easy to drink and refreshing, some light bitterness in the finish: decent.

From tap at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Unclear pale golden color with white head. Sweet malty aroma, grainy, cornish, grassy, light hoppy. Sweet and light bitter taste like aroma. Light to medium body oily with soft carbonation.
