Bottle @ Exira Beer Summit IV, Day 3. Thanks to jcnielsen! Pours a clear, light peach appearance with a little white head. Corn crib, dusty grainy, a bit twangy aroma. Tangy, a bit fruity, flour/husky grainy flavor. Not good.

On tap at Flying Saucer KC. Pours a near clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of musty wheat and lemon and grapefruit. Flavor has a lot of musty wheat with underlying lemon and grapefruit.

22 oz bomber shared by someone at a tasting. The pour is a hazed golden orange with a smallish off white head. The aroma is big grapefruit, bright tart sour, and some yeast and toasted cereal wheat grain. The taste is initially is bright sour bitter grapefruit, moving towards the wheat grain, and a yeasty finish. After the initial sip, the sour really settles down. The palate is light bodied, active bright carbonation. Tasty, I liked this is a bit more than the standard Prussia.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with an average white head. Aroma is wheat based with some citrus bitterness. Flavor is sweet and tart, even more so than the original Prussia, with hints of grapefruit and wheat malt. Even though its tart it’s still not a tart as some Berliner Weisses. Decent and being partial to grapefruit doesn’t hurt.
