Our flagship beer is an American-style pale ale that is inspired by the hoppy pale ales of the West Coast. Features two-row malted barley, caramel malt, and wheat malt. Magnum hops for bittering and the traditional pale ale hops of Centennial and Cascade for flavoring and crisp, citrus aromas.

12 oz can from Jacksonville. Clear amber pour with a thick beige head and excellent retention. Very good lacing. Soft hops and light caramel mix. Nice caramel notes for an APA. Not overly bitter. Smooth.

Keg at the brewpub, 19/02/15. Golden amber topped with a moderate off white swirl, Nose is pale malts, straw, citric sherbets, a touch musty/fusty - not smelling too fresh for the style despite being on tap at the rewery. Taste comprises melon, citric peel, lightly toasted bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Lacklustre, never got out of first gear.

12 oz. can shared by Donnie at Ale Alpharetta. Pours a pale gold, with a small, off-white head. the aroma is bread, pine, and tangerines. Mellow bitterness, with a nice backbone of citrusy sweetness. Light to medium body, creamy, sticky, with some good carbonation. This is a nice, juicy pale ale. Easy to drink and delicious; would probably make a nice beach beer.

Can thanks to a trade. Pours a near clear earthy orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of grass and earthy citrus with a touch of grain backing. Flavor is similar with a bit more sweet citrus up front and then notes of grass and a grain backbone.

12 oz. can without any date on the can. Color is a clear amber with massive over carbonation. Slow canted pour showed massive head. Nose only caramel hops. Consumed this barely chilled. Caramel malt with some weak notes of floral hops. Thin watery body. Almost no bitterness. I hope this is an old can because this is a bland beer.

Can @ home, courtesy of Homer321. Thanks! Pours a bit hazy dark orange appearance with a tan head. Light caramel, toasted, somewhat spicy, a bit piney hoppy, light toffee aroma. Somewhat chewy, stale pale malty, somewhat sweet, light caramel, a bit spicy hoppy flavor. Forgettable.
