Our flagship beer is an American-style pale ale that is inspired by the hoppy pale ales of the West Coast. Features two-row malted barley, caramel malt, and wheat malt. Magnum hops for bittering and the traditional pale ale hops of Centennial and Cascade for flavoring and crisp, citrus aromas.

Can - thanks Juiceisloose! Pours hazy orange butterscotch with a large orange-white creamy head that slowly dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma is fairly basic pine and caramel. Flavor is the same, plus notes of orange and light metal. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Nothing special here, although the beer hits the intangibles of appearance and palate quite well.

A fair pale ale but I wasn’t crazy about it, maybe because I’m just not a huge cascade fan, and the hop flavors seemed dominated by it, somewhat citrus but also that woody/herbal note I get from cascade is just not for me. Clean sweetish caramel malts, a near reddish copper color. Balanced.

Can Pours a hazy orange with a tall sticky white head. Fruity malt and citrus hop aroma. Well balanced Pale Ale. I little hop bitterness provides the finish in this.

Sample at Cigar City. This beer is a clear orange-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Strings of lacing. Aroma of hops, sweet malt and fruit. Light-bodied with a grassy hops character and notes of caramel malt and citrus. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Golden-amber. The aroma is quite toasty with lots of earthy hops. Quite dry and well-balanced. Good pale, drinkable and executes on this pocket of pale quite well.

Tried on tap at the Florida Brew Fest 2011 addition. It pours clear copper with gold edges and full off white head. The aroma offers up citrus notes, some spicy hops and a touch tart. The taste is citrus hops, a little bit of lemon, a little tart, grapefruit and a sense of dry like acidity that makes me think there could be a very mild level of infection going on here. The taste is pine and mostly citrus like grapefruit. It has a light body and is easy drinkin’ and doesn’t seem to have the same acidic dryness noticed in the nose.
