Hazy and pale. It's a bit sticky, and has a mellow pale malt character. Just a bit of hop.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, plenty of funky brett, and wild grains. Flavour is rustic and grainy, with wild rustic saison yeast and grainy notes. Wild and grainy. Pleasant enough but nothing special.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a medium, fluffy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick curtains of lace. Spicy aroma of bready pale malt, Belgian yeast, clove, banana and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready pale malt, lemon, Belgian yeast and black pepper in a crisp, dry, bitter grass finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Tasty and refreshing.
