Our citrus pale ale, Sylvia, so named after a relative of one of Magic Rock’s founders who originally came from Malta. Lemon and orange zest upped the citrus factor, while Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops introduced notes of stone fruit, tropical fruit, berries, pine, and citrus to this pale ale. Local eucalyptus honey added at the end of the fermentation contributed with its exotic and aromatic qualities. A variety of diverse flavours coalesce into something unique and exciting that we would like to share with you!

Tap, Lord Chambray, Gozo. Clear golden, smaller white head, medium lasting. Medium sweet fruity nose, milder citrusy tones, sweet flowers. Medium bitterness, dry and herbal. Mild aftertaste. Light and fresh.
